Conservation Voters New Mexico recognized Senator Wirth as one of six “Green Champions” in the New Mexico State Senate based on his votes during the 2009 Legislative Session.
CVNM called Senator Wirth’s Renewable Energy Financing bill (SB 647) “an innovative way of tackling a significant problem.”
